Having studied in the US and built an international career across public policy, management consulting, and global institutions in Dubai, Boston; Shatakshi Sharma (founder, The Swades Project) chose to return to India to build.
Not out of nostalgia, but out of conviction.
Shatakshi has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of business, policy, and impact, advising governments, institutions, and organisations across geographies. Along the way, she founded and scaled two disruptive higher-education ventures that have shaped the careers of thousands globally, while also investing in and mentoring early-stage founders.
She's a businesswoman, impact investor, entrepreneur, and writer, and a firm believer that India’s next growth chapter will be written by independent, globally trained builders who choose to come back and create from here.
